This is an approximated sequence of the retreat-program. Due to weather conditions the outdoor events might spontaneously be planned on different days.
Day1
Arrival, Check-in, and Breakfast:
Participants arrive at the retreat center, settle into their accommodations, and enjoy a nourishing breakfast to kick-start their day.
Orientation Session: "Where are you and where do you want to be?"
This session focuses on self-reflection and goal setting, guiding participants to assess their current circumstances and envision their desired future.

Workshop: Connecting to Your Inner Essence

Afternoon Workout:

Solo-Nature Immersion and (Optional) Single Coaching Sessions:
Spend the afternoon immersing yourself in nature on a solo adventure, allowing time for reflection and introspection. Alternatively, take advantage of optional single coaching sessions (available upon request if scheduled by the day before) to receive personalized guidance and support.
Dinner:

Saying Goodbye:
